Don Simmons is the Founder of Simmons Real Estate, one of the leading East Texas commercial real estate companies. He has been involved in all phases of the firm's transactions since its founding in 1983. Over Don's career in commercial real estate, he has been instrumental in the successful development and brokerage of some of the largest real estate projects in Tyler and Longview. This includes over 65 acres in Tyler’s South Broadway retail corridor, 65 acres in Tyler’s Grande-Old Jacksonville area, a substantial development in the Troup Highway corridor, 92 acres in Tyler’s East Loop 323 Walmart Supercenter Development, and several retail centers in Longview, Texas.
Don has provided his expertise to numerous boards and committees. He was the Director of the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors for four years. He also served on the National Association of Realtors.
Don is an active member of the Tyler community. He is involved with the Tyler Economic Development Council and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce. He was awarded Realtor Associate of the Year for the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors, and was recognized with the Distinguished Service award for his contributions as a Director.
Don holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Price Simmons is responsible for brokerage, management and development activities. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to local individuals and businesses to government and non-profit entities. Price has been instrumental in the successful development of some of Tyler’s most prominent real estate projects in the last decade, including 92 acres on East Loop 323 and 30 acres on Old Jacksonville Highway and Grande Blvd. Prior to joining Simmons Real Estate in 2008, Price was a financial advisor at UBS in Fort Worth where he managed assets for institutional and high net worth clients. While at UBS, Price obtained his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Price is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and serves on the Board of the Tyler Health Facilities Development Corporation. He is an active member of First Christian Church of Tyler, a Lifetime Member of the Eagle Scout Association and a former member of the Delta Waterfowl Board in Fort Worth, Texas.
Price holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance with Real Estate emphasis from Texas Christian University. He is also a graduate from the TCU Ranch Management Program.

Mary Burch is a broker at Simmons Real Estate. Mary grew up in Tyler and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing in 1980. Prior to joining Simmons Real Estate in 2010, Mary sold data processing and POS transaction services to financial institutions and major retailers for EDS, Hewlett Packard and ACS/Xerox Corporation for twenty years.

Mary Stephens is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper at Simmons Real Estate. Mary grew up in the Tyler area, and graduated from Chapel Hill High School. Prior to joining Simmons Real Estate in 2015, Mary worked as a Geo Tech, a Land Tech, and an Office Manager in the oil and gas industry for six years and as a Member Service Representative in the banking industry for three years.
